Mount Rigi is a floral Swiss aperitif (20% ABV) made with Kirsch, elderflower and lemon balm — light, bright and perfect for spritzes & cocktails. The alcohol comes from Kirsch, the fruit brandy made from cherries.

Rigirita: 1 oz Mount Rigi, 2 oz tequila, 1 oz fresh lime juice, shake all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice, strain into a salt-rimmed glass filled with ice, garnish with a lime wheel.

Rigi & Tonic: 1.5 oz Mount Rigi, 3 oz tonic water, add ice cubes, stir and garnish with a grapefruit wedge, pro tip: add a dash of Angostura Bitters®.
